An old house of the XVIIth Century, restaured in the 2012 with love and respect for her history. 20 minutes from St. Moritz and 5 minutes from Zuoz, town listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
LOCATION
In a strategical place: 8km from the slopes of Celerina, 10 km from St Moritz, 5 minutes from the Golf of Zuoz, 20 minutes from the exit of the Vereina Tunnel. In the summer directly at the arrival of the Albula Pass.
FOR FAMILY
Children will find differents playgrounds in summer, many BBQ places in the woods or near the pounds and in winter a nice ski pist for beginners (5 minutes walk from the house), skating rink and a very amusing and long sledging pist on the closed road of the Albula.
SWISS NATIONAL PARK
Very nice in summer as in winter, La Punt is 28km from Zernez, entrance of the National Park.
